Hi, I have a Hp Color Laserjet 4700 with firmware 20060821 46.031.1 I would like to upgrade it because I got many errors when printing some PS files. But, with any method (ftp, direct printing, web interface, under mac, linux, windows), I got a 49.4c02 error when trying to send the only version available from HP (46.180.9). I contacted HP to get an older version to see if it helps, but they don't have any other version for download! Older versions were removed from the website. Does somebody have a firmware file between these 2 (46.031.1 - 46.180.9)? Thanks a lot!
